Its ingredients are 100% Italian and organic, including Ligurian sage, Damask rose, Calabrian licorice root, and lemon from the Amalfi Coast. The gin has a fresh and tangy nose, with lemon and vegetal scents. It has an oily texture and is ideal on its own or with tonic.

  • 60 ml Engine - Gin
  • 15 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Engine - Gin, dry vermouth, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Stir gently for 30 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the cocktail.
