Dutch Breeze is a shaken cocktail made with Ketel One, served in a highball.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 30 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 90 ml tonic water
  • Cucumber ribbon for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Ketel One Vodka, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with tonic water and gently stir.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a sprig of fresh mint.

Serve

Serve in a tall, elegant highball glass with a cucumber ribbon and a mint sprig as garnish.
