Pinot Noir from the single vineyard Northern Spy Vineyard, which was once an abandoned apple orchard, hence the name Les Pommiers, apple trees. The wine has a soft ruby colour with garnet highlights. Red fruits, raspberries and strawberries dominate on the nose and palate, accompanied by notes of baking spices and forest undergrowth. Elegant tannins along with lively acidity give a wine with a very long finish.
