The 2019 Pinot Noir is lively, fresh, and mature, with complex aromas of red and black cherries, earth, truffle, leather, anise and smoky toast.
It has been aged in used oak barrels, adding depth and rounded maturity to the wine. It's unfiltered, expressive, and very much in the natural wine style.
