The NV Terrantez 20 Year Old was produced in their half-dry style, with 74 grams of sugar, balanced by 8.02 grams of acidity. It matured in a solera style of dynamic blending of different vintages in their cellars at a constant temperature. Terrantez is important for them, and they think the wine needs time; but it keeps the floral notes, white almonds the hints of pollen, tea leaves, elegant and complex. It has a nose that speaks of an ethereal and light wine, but the palate is very intense, though terribly balanced and elegant. It's a wine that combines power with elegance. 1,015 bottles were filled in March 2024.
