Quantity

The colour is straw yellow, bright. The nose is fine and ripe, with yellow fruits, candied lemon and discreet toasted/smoky notes. The palate is slender, very fresh, with a ripe and concentrated substance that manages to stand out like a steel blade. Aromatically, we remain somewhat reserved, with a dominant apple/pear complemented by notes of lemon curd. The finish continues the tension of the mouth with even more momentum, and adds candied lemon and fine woody notes.
