The winery specialises in cultivating Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, producing exceptional Collioure and Banyuls wines. Their portfolio includes robust reds, aromatic whites, and the famous Banyuls fortified wines known for their depth and complexity.

Acquired by Maison Cazes in 2012, the estate underwent significant renovations, adopting sustainable viticulture practices and earning organic certification in 2022. Le Clos de Paulilles also offers visitors a full oenotourism experience, featuring vineyard tours, wine tastings, and a restaurant with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
