Ingredients

  • 60 mlJosé Cuervo Gold Especial Reposado
  • 30 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 22.5 mlsimple syrup
  • 2 dashesAngostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the José Cuervo Gold Especial Reposado, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

To serve

Served with a straw.
