Ingredients
- 60 ml Plantation Rum - Original Dark Rum
- 20 ml Coconut Cream
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 10 ml Pineapple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Plantation Rum, Coconut Cream, Lime Juice, Pineapple Syrup, and Angostura Bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a dehydrated pineapple slice and a mint sprig placed delicately on the rim.
