The Marques de Poley Cream is a blend of an Oloroso and a sweet wine, of course made from the Pedro Ximénez grape. Already the beautiful mahogany color with its amber and red-brown reflections inspires us. In the nose spoiled with aromas of hazelnuts, dried peaches and caramel. On the palate, this Cream is very velvety soft, finely structured and noble. A long finish with notes of cocoa, hazelnuts and also dried fruit, dried peaches, candied orange peel and finally a great balance of salty and bittersweet notes.
