Ingredients
- 50 ml Ocho - Reposado Tequila
- 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water) - 1 Egg White
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
