Fresh and easy, the Bolgheri Costa di Giulia (65% Vermentino and 35% Sauvignon Blanc) is a terrific white wine to pair with Mediterranean fish dishes or fragrant Thai curry. The wine is redolent of white flower, oyster shell, natural rubber, and stone fruit. There’s a touch of zesty spiciness on the close to keep the palate refreshed.
