Cuervo Cobbler
Ingredients
- 60 mlCasa Cuervo 1800 Reposado
- 30 mlFresh lime juice
- 22.5 mlDemerara sugar syrup (2:1 sugar to water ratio)
- 7.5 mlVanilla liqueur
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Casa Cuervo 1800 Reposado, fresh lime juice, Demerara sugar syrup, and vanilla liqueur.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
To serve
Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a lime wheel and a dusting of demerara sugar on the rim.
