Kavalan Manzanilla cask was named world best single cask and single malt at the World Whiskies Awards 2016. Matured in Manzanilla cask, this expression is characterised by a charming profile weaving between sweet and salty notes. The fruit is dominating and opens to a long finish.

Mahogany colour. Aromas and flavours of raisins, leather, olives, jamon iberico, and caramelised eggplant with a satiny, crisp, dryish medium-to-full body and a sleek, stimulating, medium-long finish that exhibits notes of sea salt, hints of lavender, and dark-toasted coconut finish. An Iberian breeze of a Single Malt; dense complexity and the savoury appeal of sherry.
