In time this “playing with wine” became more serious and Allessandro Mori decided to expand the cellars and pursue his love of winemaking, adopting a traditional and minimalist approach, producing wines that are 100% Sangiovese.

Do you have a favourite food and wine pairing with your Brunello? I love to drink a glass of good wine separate from food. Playing cards with my friends, watching a movie, reading a book….
