The Hospitalitas cuvée comes from an exceptional plot facing the sea, sheltered by a 30-meter cliff that protects it from the wind, thus enjoying an ideal microclimate. This plot is located on two terroirs that make up the vineyard: on the one hand, the marl-limestone soils rich in fossils, very draining which allow water to be captured and stored to provide it to the vines even during periods of drought; on the other hand, the Mediterranean red soils which bring richness and concentration to the wines . When tasting, it is a rich and powerful wine that opens with aromas of blackcurrant, violet and some toasted notes brought by the 12 months of aging in new French oak barrels. The tension is very present and gives a lot of tone and elegance to this opulent wine.
