Cult sparkling wine named after the founder of the winery: bright, luminous yellow colour, lively, fine mousse. The bouquet is inviting, with fine yeasty nuances and subtle grapefruit and citrus tones. Lots of substance on the palate, beautiful creamy texture, very elegant and underlaid with a fine citrus note. The fresh structure and harmonious, long, slightly salty finish are wonderfully stimulating.
