- 15 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 egg white

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Darroze Chateau de Gaube 1963 Collection Armagnac, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, orange bitters, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds.
