A blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, the Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc has a classic tart citrus nose with subtle, ripe stone fruit and citrus blossom lurking in the background. The wine is medium to full-bodied and has good structure and balance on the palate, with a focused and structured mid-palate that is slightly waxy and salty. The long finish shows a thoughtfully blended wine and ends with fresh citrus blossoms.
