- 60 ml Chopin Potato Vodka
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml elderflower syrup
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme

Instructions:
1. Muddle the cucumber slices and thyme sprigs in a shaker.
2. Add the Chopin Potato Vodka, fresh lemon juice, elderflower syrup, and honey syrup.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of thyme.
