A blend of Grenache Noir (40%), Syrah (30%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Rolle (10%), this is the gastronomic rosé. A clear and bright salmon colour. An intense nose of wild berries, vine peaches and ripe pink grapefruit. On the palate, it has a beautiful balance, great finesse and a very elegant structure. The palate is ample, with a lovely fat and lovely freshness. The finish is long with notes of ripe white fruits, spices and a hint of menthol.
