Deep, vibrant ruby red with a youthful shine. A complex bouquet with aromas of ripe red and dark fruits, such as blackberries and cherries, accompanied by hints of subtle herbs, tobacco, and a touch of oak spice. The wine is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a balanced acidity. Flavours of ripe dark fruit like plum and blackcurrant dominate the palate, with undertones of earthy spices, herbs, and a gentle minerality. There may also be some hints of mocha or vanilla from oak aging. Smooth and lingering, with a good balance of fruit and spice, leaving a satisfying and slightly savoury aftertaste.
