CAP Gin achieves a well-measured balance of classic gin characteristics, citrus and floral notes, giving it real versatility for different serves and cocktails. The nose has deep lemon peel notes and fragrant florals which continue on the palate around an earthy and classic core of juniper and angelica root, before pink peppercorns and gentle spice emerge in the finish.Adding tonic water elevates the brighter notes further, with lemon peel or orange make for ideal garnish starting points.The name 'CAP' is French for 'Cape', which features in the names of the coastal areas of the French Riviera, such as Cap-Ferrat and Cap d'Antibes.
