Cavalier's Puncheon Punch
Ingredients
- 60mlCavalier Puncheon Rum
- 30mlFresh pineapple juice
- 15mlFreshly squeezed lime juice
- 10mlHoney syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Cavalier Puncheon Rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey syrup
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
To serve
Served in a rocks glass, garnished with a pineapple wedge and a lime wheel
