Pleasant and balanced, Olmeca Altos Plata reveals aromas of white pepper, sea salt on the nose, with a touch of agave and green peppers grilled over a wood fire. Its palate is soft, on notes of leather, and fresh with mineral notes that develop on more spicy notes of nutmeg, straw and lemon zest. Its finish, on notes of white pepper, is dry and persistent.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Olmeca Altos Blanco
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml agave syrup
- Salt for rimming
- Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:
1. Rim a chilled glass with salt.
2. In a shaker, combine Olmeca Altos Blanco, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup.
3. Add ice and shake well.
4. Strain into the salt-rimmed glass over ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
