Koï Koï, “carp flirtation”, is a ginjo-type sake, meaning that the rice used in its composition is polished to a minimum of 60%. Only the heart of the grain is used to promote the expression of fine and elegant flavours. The nose is floral, typical of ginjo sake, it has refreshing aromas of white-fleshed fruit, melon, and vine peach. In the mouth, Koï Koï is clear and delicate, with a nice aromatic persistence on the fruits, punctuated with pleasant notes of orange blossom. The finish is thirst-quenching and brings a lot of freshness.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Asahara Suzo Junmai Ginjo
- 30 ml elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Edible flower for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Asahara Suzo Junmai Ginjo, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with an edible flower and serve. Enjoy the delicate floral notes!
