Beefeater's Bramble
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Beefeater gin
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml blackberry liqueur
- 4-5 fresh blackberries
- Crushed ice
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, muddle the blackberries with the lemon juice and simple syrup.
2. Add the Beefeater gin and blackberry liqueur to the shaker and fill with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with a blackberry and a lemon twist.
