Craig's Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 60 mlElijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
• 15 mlsimple syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura bitters
• 1orange twist

Method

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Add the Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters
3. Stir until well-chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube
5. Express the oil from the orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish
