Ingredients

  • 60 mlBuffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey
  • 25 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 20 mlhoney syrup (1:1 honey to water)

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Add Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel
