- 60mlThe Brollach Inaugural Release Single Malt Irish Whiskey
- 20mlVintage Armagnac
- 10mlMaple Syrup
- 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
- 1 dashPeychaud's Bitters
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
- Add The Brollach Inaugural Release Single Malt Irish Whiskey, Vintage Armagnac, maple syrup, Angostura Bitters, and Peychaud's Bitters
- Stir gently until well-chilled
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
