The Tenuta di Fessina 2019 Etna Bianco Erse is an entry-level expression of Carricante (and small percentages of Catarratto and Minnella) with a fresh and linear approach that drives this pretty wine clean over the palate. It imparts layers of white peach, crispy apple and honeydew melon. Salty mineral notes also come into view, making this a great bottle to enjoy with a fritto misto. About 10,000 bottles were released.
