Ingredients

  • 60 mlThe Macallan Rare Cask 2023 Release
  • 20 mlMaple Syrup
  • 15 mlFresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add The Macallan Rare Cask 2023 Release, maple syrup, and fresh lemon juice
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass
  5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

To serve

Serve with a side of hand-carved ice sphere
