Chartreuse Mimosa
Ingredients
- 45 mlChartreuse Jaune
- 90 mlChampagne
- 15 mlfreshly squeezed orange juice
Method
- Fill a chilled coupe glass with ice and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the Chartreuse Jaune and orange juice.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Discard the ice from the coupe glass.
- Strain the Chartreuse-orange mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Top with the chilled Champagne.
To serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a thin orange twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
