Unquestionably the finest Dom Pérignon of the decade, the 2008 Dom Pérignon is drinking brilliantly today, wafting from the glass with notes of citrus oil, ripe orchard fruit, peach, buttered toast, pastry cream, iodine and smoky reduction. Full-bodied, rich and fleshy, it's vinous and layered, with a deep core of sweet fruit, racy acids and a long, saline finish. The 2008 is aging very gracefully.

Indubbiamente il più fine Dom Pérignon del decennio, il 2008 Dom Pérignon beve magnificamente oggi, con note di olio di agrumi, frutta d'orto matura, pesca, pane tostato al burro, crema pasticcera, iodio e riduzione affumicata che emergono dal calice. Corposo, ricco e carnoso, è vinoso e stratificato, con un cuore profondo di frutta dolce, acidità vivace e un finish lungo e salino. Il 2008 sta invecchiando con grande eleganza.
