Ingredients

  • 60 mlThe Dalmore 18 yrs
  • 20 mlMaple syrup
  • 15 mlFresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashesAngostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add The Dalmore 18 yrs, maple syrup, and lemon juice
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
  5. Garnish with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

To serve

Coupe glass, garnished with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
