Ingredients
- 60 mlTrois Rivières Cuvée de l'Ocean Rhum Blanc Agricole
- 30 mlfreshly squeezed lime juice
- 22.5 mlsimple syrup
- 15 mlpassion fruit purée
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Ocean Rhum Blanc Agricole, lime juice, simple syrup, passion fruit purée, and Angostura bitters
- Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice
To serve
Highball glass, garnished with a thin lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint placed on the rim
