The Bourgogne Pinot Fin has a ripe cherry scented bouquet that seems a little confectionary. The palate is very sweet and tart, plush in the mouth with an easy-drinking finish that reminds you of, Central Otago.

Uva principale:

Il Pinot Nero è originario della Borgogna e questi vitigni coprono il 34% della regione e rappresentano il 29% della produzione vinicola complessiva. L'uva rossa si adatta molto bene ai terreni calcarei e argillosi, il che contribuisce a creare la sua complessità. I vini di Pinot Nero della Borgogna hanno un colore che va dal ciliegia al mattone, sono leggeri e hanno tipicamente sapori di frutta rossa e spezie. Anche il Gamay è un'uva rossa coltivata in Borgogna, ma rappresenta solo il 10% dei vitigni.

Lo Chardonnay è l'uva principale per i vini bianchi della Borgogna, con il 48% dei vitigni e il 68% della produzione. Lo Chardonnay apprezza il terreno marnoso della Borgogna, che gli conferisce delicati aromi floreali, fruttati e minerali e sapori corposi.
