Ingredients

  • 60 mlTanqueray No. Ten
  • 20 mlfresh grapefruit juice
  • 15 mlelderflower liqueur
  • 10 mlfresh lime juice
  • 5 mlsimple syrup

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Tanqueray No. Ten, fresh grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

To serve

Serve in a coupe glass with a grapefruit twist resting on the rim.
