Ingredients
- 60 mlCaptain Morgan White Rum
- 30 mlElderflower liqueur
- 15 mlFresh lime juice
- 15 mlSimple syrup
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Captain Morgan White Rum, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, creating a spiral pattern on the surface of the drink
To serve
Serve in a chilled coupe glass with a spiral pattern of Angostura bitters on the surface of the drink
