Ingredients

  • 60 mlBushmills 10 yrs Single Malt
  • 20 mlCarpano Antica Formula Vermouth
  • 10 mlDemerara Syrup
  • 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
  2. Add the Bushmills 10 yrs Single Malt, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth, Demerara Syrup, and Angostura Bitters
  3. Stir gently until well-chilled
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

To serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink
