Bursting with aromas of white flowers, orange blossom, oyster shell, crisp peach and pear, the 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with racy acids and an intensely saline and delicately honeyed finish. This has turned out beautifully.

The most enigmatic wine in the range is the 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses, a bottling that marries the floral and the mineral to compelling effect. Bursting with aromas of clear honey, citrus blossom, white currants and orange zest, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with lively acids and a charming, enveloping profile, concluding with an intensely saline finish.
