Ingredients:
- 60ml Fournier Fernand 10yrs
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Soda water
- Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Fournier Fernand 10yrs, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top with soda water and gently stir.
6. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
