This Cava is made from several grape varieties, in particular Xarel-lo which is an indigenous grape from the Penedés in Catalonia and the main variety in the blend. Catalonia's geography is varied, featuring coastal areas, extensive valleys, and rugged mountains, which contribute to the distinct terroirs found within its boundaries.
