Coyote Artesanal Mezcal pays homage to the sacred traditions of the Sola de Vega village in Oaxaca. The highest quality Coyote agave is roasted before being distilled in a clay still. The Coyote expression combines notes of fragrant dried herbs such as hoja santa (or sacred leaf), epazote, and pine needles with a pronounced citrus palate of lime and grapefruit peel.
