- 60 ml Absinthe
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes of green food coloring

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Absinthe, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled glass.
4. Add 2 dashes of green food coloring and stir gently.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
