The origin of these plants is like a journey around the world: from Greece to Africa, to Indonesia, India and so much more. Benedictine - D.O.M. has a deep, coppery colour with golden highlights. It has an herbal and spicy aroma, with hints of citrus-like tangerine zest and subtle notes of pine. The palate is silky and rich, with light notes of honey and citrus, and a soft almond flavor.
