The 1993 vintage allows aromas of ripe fruits macerated in alcohol to develop and dominate. Fine spices then appear (licorice, white pepper ), followed by a complex palate with fine and delicate tannins. We find these aromas of ripe and candied fruits (dates, apricot) with a nice length on the finish.
