Ingredients:

50 ml CAP Gin
25 ml Lillet Blanc
15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the CAP Gin, Lillet Blanc, Elderflower Liqueur, and lemon juice.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the surface of the drink.

Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, expressed over the drink to release the oils.
