About this wine
La Vidaubanaise is the co-operative of Vidauban, a village sitting in the heart of the Var département in inland Provence. Plaisir Rosé is their approachable, lighter-alcohol expression, just 10.5% ABV, built from a blend of Cinsault, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Ugni Blanc under the broader Var IGP classification.
Expect a pale, dry rosé with the soft red-fruit character Cinsault brings, a slight floral lift, and a clean, refreshing finish. The low alcohol makes it an easy all-day deck pour. Serve well chilled alongside shellfish, white fish, salads or a spread of tapas.
