Hernö Gin is a Swedish distillery based in Dala, a small village in the province of Ångermanland in northern Sweden. The distillery was established in 2012 by Jon Hillgren, making it one of Sweden's pioneering craft gin producers. Hernö focuses exclusively on gin production, operating from a relatively remote location that allows them to use pristine local water sources.

The distillery produces gin using traditional copper pot stills and emphasizes botanical sourcing that includes both classic gin ingredients and local Nordic elements. Their production methods combine English gin-making traditions with Swedish terroir, creating gins that reflect both international standards and regional character. Based on their current range, Hernö produces several distinct gin expressions including a classic London Dry style, a Pink gin that incorporates berry elements, and an Old Tom gin which represents the slightly sweeter, more traditional style of gin that predates the modern London Dry category.
